Since founding Angkor Travel Photography in 2012, we, Ale and Regis, have been on a mission to turn incredible places into unforgettable photography adventures. In 2022, Remi joined the crew, adding fresh energy, sharp eyes, and a great sense of humor.
And now… the family grows again!
Thierry Riga is a French photographer who made Siem Reap his home, just steps away from the temples of Angkor.
After years wandering through the jungle (camera in hand, of course), he knows every secret corner and hidden gem. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve filled a dozen memory cards before breakfast,
Thierry offers tailored coaching and storytelling that brings the Angkorian world vividly to life. He speaks French, English, and Spanish, and he smiles in all three.
Marcos Doming Sanchez is a Spanish fine art photographer, visual artist, and all-around creative powerhouse.
With over 20 years of experience and a style that blends photography, painting, and sculpture, his tours are more than just about taking photos, they’re about seeing the world differently.
Based in Siem Reap, he connects easily with people from all walks of life and speaks Spanish, Italian, French, and English, which makes him a true master of communication.
With Thierry and Marcos joining the team, we’re also excited to officially offer guided photo tours for Spanish-speaking guests, ¡bienvenidos a bordo!
Together with Remi, Thierry, and Marcos, we’re building a team that reflects our core values: creativity, cultural respect, and the joy of exploring the world through a camera lens, with a good dose of curiosity, laughter, and coffee along the way.
